WORD: Womb

So seriously, so many have been contending for their promises for the longest time! So often, they have become encouraged, only to be let down again and again. Often experiencing betrayal, rejection and defeat. Some have felt so disappointed, discouraged and lost,as they faced constant wave after wave of seemingly insurmountable circumstances of loss and despair. Even when things were supposed to get better, they did not.    Becoming so discouraged they entered into an almost 'robot like' mode, just to keep going! Faced with incredible uncertainty and nowhere to turn, some have had to revisit the very foundations of what they believe.    For some time now, I've found myself looking at a place of emptiness and darkness. As I looked longer and closer, I began to understand that the place of emptiness created in each pf us, through loss and disappointment, becomes a womb!    With understanding I knew there was hope, however, my heart did not feel this and w...

My Sheep Know My Voice

Today the Lord brought me a picture of a baby being passed around by a group of women who were cooing and taking turns to hold and cuddle it. After a few minutes the child became agitated and insecure, since it did not recognise any of the faces. As soon as it heard the mother's voice, it again settled down because it was the mother that represented security and stability. The baby knew the sound of it's mother's voice. With the mother it felt safe and nurtured. In the mother's arms was sustanance and comfort. The mother taught and trained the child and gave guidance. When the child tried to walk and fell, the mother picked it up.

And so it is with us, we know the sound of our Father's voice." ...my sheep know my voice..". It is in HIM that we find our security and stability. HE is our PROTECTOR and our PROVIDER. HE is our COMFORTER and HEALER. HE is the one who Encourages us and picks us up when we fall! HE TEACHES us, GUIDES us and points us in the right direction.

I heard the Lord say, "I knit you together in the womb, before you were born I knew you". I realised that if HE knew me then I knew HIM too and still do!

I felt God wanting to Restore a Greater sense of Confidence in HIS people at this time. However, what you have to understand is that this is for Purpose. God has Plans!

I sensed the Lord was drawing us into a deeper place, almost like a WOMB, where HE could spend time with us, nurture, teach, train, heal restore and birth us anew. 

I saw what I can only explain as a wind that began to take on a form, being stirred up. Although one cannot see the wind, this one was 'visible' and it had shape as it moved!

I heard 'Like a Mighty Wind'. I do believe that HE is stirring us up to submit to HIS leading into the womb and thereby bringing the works of the Holy Spirit VISIBLY into manifestation.
