So I have been dreaming about
Daniel and what he went through. In my dream I was made aware that
Daniel was a 'prisoner' being held captive in a foreign land. God did
not rush in to rescue him, despite his incredible devotion and
faithfulness, Daniel was left in his circumstances!
Regardless of
how negative things looked and how he felt, Daniel did not allow this
to cloud his judgement. He remained alert and ready to explore every
opportunity that opened to him.
And let's be real, Daniel must have experienced heightened emotions about his situation!
He constantly found himself in impossible situations!
Imagine
having to come up with what the King had dreamed or be put to death!
What a challenge. Many lives were at stake! Daniel confronted the
challenge, grabbing hold of it like a 'lifeline' for himself and others.
His only choice was Yahweh! Daniel knew his Father was his only HELP.
When
Daniel stepped forward by FAITH, a KAIROS moment of TIME was granted to
him by the KING of KINGS. A time in which he was given access to a
mystery, revealed from Heaven. Since God is not limited by TIME and
operates in KAIROS, this all happened quickly! Overnight it seems. By
FAITH, we are always granted favour and access to Divine solutions.
Acceleration in KAIROS moments open up to us from heavenly realms and
are ours if we believe and call on the Revealer of Mysteries!
The
Lord showed me that Daniel was like an Olympian athlete throwing
shotput each time he took on a challenge! His throw, which was as far as
possible caused HUGE havoc in spiritual darkness and there was always a
HUGE, greater than anticipated result or manifestation in the earth!
When
God does not do things our way, we should take courage and know that HE
still is working in our circumstances, not only for our good but also
for the benefit of others.
See in Daniel 2:46 how the King lay
prostrate on the ground declaring that Yahweh was the only true God,
after Daniel told him the dream. God wants to reveal HIMself to the
'Pharaoh' in your life, and HE will do this through you!
It is
important to remember that although we are highly favoured and valuable
to our Father, it is not only us that HE loves! God always has ALL in
mind!
It's clear that Daniel's circumstances were never an indication of who he was. Neither are yours, so stop identifying with them!
Nebuchadnezzar
appointed Daniel Ruler over Babylon and Daniel saw to it that his
friends were appointed as administrators, while he remained at the royal
palace.
Don't ever hesitate to allow others to go before you.
Always encourage others and speak up for them. Your promotion is not in
the hands of man but in that of your Father! In due time your LOVING and
GENEROUS Father will promote you, just as HE did for Daniel!
The part of the scripture that really stood out for me was that Daniel remained at the royal court. (Daniel 2:49)
This
is the place where the 'King' dwells. So Daniel remained close to the
King, even in HIS presence, while the others went about their business!
It
sometimes appears as though you have been left out or behind, but this
is not so. Remain close to your Father. HE may direct your attention
elsewhere or withdraw you from situations. Don't fight, follow what HE
is doing! Father always knows best! If you have given your heart to HIM,
you are ONE. HE must lead and teach you! FOLLOW!
Joseph was also a 'prisoner' of his circumstances for many years! Yet he rose to be Ruler of Egypt because God was with him.
Don't
despise being captive in circumstances that seem like a 'prison' to
you. God is always working in you and through you, in your 'captivity'
which is not an indicator of who you are! Father has to take you some
places to reach some people! Sometimes Father wants to connect you with
specific people! If Joseph did not go to prison he would not have met
the man who told Pharaoh about him, when Pharaoh needed his dream
interpreted!
And in all of this HE is shaping you and taking you
from level to level! The Lord showed me that as you rise to challenges,
you are breaking free from everything that holds or limits you.
Captivity is falling away!
You will get to where you are going
but only Father knows the way! It never looks the way you imagined and
may seem confusing but you have not chartered this course! Only HE has
written the end from the beginning! Even though Daniel recorded the book
in the bible, he never wrote one chapter of his life!
If your
circumstances are of 'captivity' you can locate yourself and a blueprint
for your life in the bible. The end result is always one of a conqueror
who is lifted up in full view of others! Take the blinkers off and stop
modelling yourself on, or comparing your journey to others! You are
unique and journeys are never the same! Those who think they are, limit
themselves and never go anywhere! Both Daniel and Joseph went before
others because they refused to be limited! Pioneers are always alert to
opportunity and take territory!
*Remain Close to your Father and allow HIM to teach and lead.
*Recognise your UNIQUENESS and stop looking at man.
*Don't allow yourself or others to limit you.
*Remain ALERT in every circumstance, to God given opportunity. (Even though you may not always understand).
*You can experience FREEDOM in 'captivity'.
So, don't say,"this is not the way it's supposed to go" or "this is not the way it's supposed to look"! Say, "YES Lord."
FOLLOW, don't FIGHT!
HE LOVES YOU
Lot's of Love and Blessings.
